Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Linessense. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with all tags attached.
- Packaging: It must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the client will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely.
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We’re here to assist you if you need a different size or color. To initiate an exchange, please email us at linessense.studio@gmail.com with your order ID and the details of the item you wish to exchange.
Exchange Process:
- Exchanges are available within 14 days of your shipping date.
- Ensure that the item is in perfect condition, with all labels attached.
- Once we confirm the exchange, please send the item back to us using a registered or traceable postal service. The responsibility for the item remains with you until we receive it.
- After we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will proceed with the exchange.
- We cannot be held liable for missing or lost incoming deliveries, and items lost in transit are not eligible for exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
